What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The delivery charges and shipping vary whether you purchased a larger or smaller product. In most of the cases though, you can expect a charge of 6€, as it is the nationwide standard in Germany. International orders not originating from Germany are charged according to EU and non-EU delivery costs.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

SALT accepts many payment methods. Our payment methods are:
PAYPAL Plus (including direct debit and credit card as PAYPAL service), Credit Card (Master card, American Express and Visa), SOFORT, Giropay.

How long will delivery take?

We try to directly convert an order into a delivery-ready package. Fast shipping is the optimum and tried to be obtained at all times. Generally, the time period, from the point of purchase to receiving the product depends on external influences and can’t really be predicted. Don’t hesitate to contact us, if a package hasn’t arrived and we try to figure out what happened!

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your personal data is encrypted and transmitted over the Internet. We use SSL encryption (Secure Socket Layer) for data transmission. Within the online shop we stick to the German data protection regulations and therefore offer security for your personal informations.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After receiving an order, the SALT team is ready to proceed. A package with the wanted items is packed often within the day of ordering and stored, until collection by DHL. Delivery procedure then varies with the wanted shipping address, but after a few days you should be able to open your package.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

For every order SALT individually creates an invoice claiming the purchase. This allows for returns (with that invoice), as we are able to track your purchase on our website.
